1. Are Elicliss products vegan and cruelty-free?
Most of our products are vegan and all are cruelty-free, which means they are not tested on animals. A few products contain ingredients such as keratin, which is naturally extracted from the animal kingdom. This is always stated in the respective product description, so that you as a customer can make an informed choice.
2. Are the products suitable for all hair types?
Yes. Our formulations are designed to suit all hair types, including dry, coloured or damaged hair. Each product description specifically addresses the needs it addresses, so you can easily find the right routine for your hair.
3. Do the products contain sulfates or parabens?
No. Elicliss products are free from sulfates, parabens and silicones that can dry out or weigh down the hair. Instead, we use gentle, natural cleansing and conditioning ingredients.
4. Where are Elicliss products manufactured?
All products are manufactured within the EU in certified laboratories that meet strict quality and safety standards. Production is carried out in collaboration with Selfnamed, who specialize in natural hair and skin care.
5. How long is the delivery time?
Orders are usually delivered within 3-7 business days depending on the delivery address. You will always receive a confirmation and tracking link via email when your order is shipped.
6. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over 400 SEK within Sweden. For smaller orders, a shipping fee of 49 SEK will be added.
7. Can I return a product?
Of course. You have 14 days to return the purchase from the date of receipt. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Contact our customer service via email for return processing.
8. How do I use your products for best results?
For best results, it is recommended that you use Elicliss shampoo, conditioner and leave-in products as a complete routine. Wash your hair, apply conditioner to lengths and ends, finish with leave-in for extra shine and protection.
9. Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes. Our bottles and packaging are made from recyclable materials and can be sorted as plastic. Elicliss is continuously working to reduce environmental impact throughout the production chain.
